Rewild Community Market aims to provide a place for the community to come together and enjoy a quality shopping experience, combined with great food, great entertainment, soulful Yoga and an energizing Group Fitness class to kick off the day, whilst taking the opportunity to raise awareness and educate the community on the importance of reducing waste in a non political forum.

To proceed with this application you will need to have the following handy:

Photos of your stall setup and products

Public Liability Insurance

Public Liability Insurance is mandatory.

All market stall holders MUST hold their own Public Liability with a minimum cover of $10 million. A copy of your Certificate of Currency must uploaded with your market stall application.

Wagga Wagga City Council Food Stall Approval Number - Food Vendors Only

Stall holders selling food MUST comply with the NSW Food Act 2003 and the NSW Food Regulation 2010. These laws incorporate the provisions of the FSANZ Food Standards Code. Food business operators are bound by the requirements of these standards to ensure that only safe and suitable food is sold for human consumption. The Food Safety Standards can be downloaded from here.

Stall holders selling food must apply to Wagga Wagga City Council for a Temporary Food Stall Approval prior to commencing trade at Rewild Community Market. The Temporary Food Stall Approval form can be found here. Your approval number must be provided with your application form.

Payment of Invoice *

I agree to pay my invoice by the due date. Failure to do so will result in your application being cancelled
I agree that if I default in making payment and recovery / legal action is undertaken, I will be responsible for all expenses in relation to the collection of the outstanding amount, including, but not limited to, all charges and fees, legal costs on an indemnity basis, and disbursements.

Invoices will be sent to successful stall holders. Site fees are due by the date indicated on the invoice. Failure to pay by the due date may result in the cancellation of your application. Bookings are only confirmed once the invoice has been paid in full.

Cancellation - If your application has been accepted and you are no longer able to attend please notify us as soon as possible. *

I understand that cancellation fees apply and I agree to the terms outlined below

*Cancellations at least 30 days prior to the event:

If you notify us in writing of your cancellation request at least 30 days prior to the market event, and we are able to re-book your spot there will be no cancellation fee. The eligibility of the replacement stall is at the discretion of the event organisers. If no eligible stall holders are available there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

*Cancellations at least 14 days prior to the event:

If you notify us in writing of your cancellation request at least 14 days prior to the market event, and we are able to re-book your spot there will be a 25% cancellation fee. The eligibility of the replacement stall is at the discretion of the event organisers. If no eligible stall holders are available there will be a 50% cancellation fee.

*Cancellations within 14 days prior to the event:

If you notify us in writing of your cancellation request less than 14 days prior to the market event, and we are able to re-book your spot there will be a 50% cancellation fee. The eligibility of the replacement stall is at the discretion of the event organisers. If no eligible stall holders are available no refund will be given.

No refunds will be given to stall holders who do not show up on the day. Stall holders who do not show up will also risk not being able to attend future market event.

Rewild Community Market is an outdoor event. As such the market will go ahead rain, hail or shine. In the event of dangerous weather the event will be cancelled. We will endeavor to give market stall holders as much notice as possible. Unfortunately no refunds will be issued for cancellation as a result of a dangerous weather event.

Single Use Plastic Free *

I / We hereby agree that I/We will not sell, use, or give away single use plastic items at the Rewild Community Market without prior consent.

Single use plastics are items that are only intended to be used once before they are thrown away or recycled for example: plastic bags, straws, coffee cups, soft drink and water bottles, packaging, plastic wrap, cutlery, etc.

We understand as a small business some plastic is unavoidable to keep businesses viable. We ourselves run a small business and have run into plastic free issues. Please feel free to contact us to discuss any plastic issues you have within your business if you wish to be a stall holder at Rewild Community Market.

Rewild Community Market strive to offer our customers a high quality product. Market stall holders will be carefully selected to ensure we offer our customers a wide variety of goods for sale. It is for this reason we ask you to please notify us in writing if you wish to add additional items to your market stall other than those initially listed in your application form.

Rewild Community Market is a 'single use plastic free' market and stall holders must agree not to sell, give away or use single use plastic at any of the Rewild Community Market events. Please contact us if you feel this will have a negative impact on your business.

Rewild Community Market reserves the right of refusal if market stalls do not meet the overall objective of Rewild Community Market.

Stall holders are required to adhere to Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) guidelines which can be found here.

Food Stalls *

Acceptance *

I understand that completing this application form does not mean I have been automatically accepted into the market

Rewild Community Market is striving to offer our customers a wide variety of goods for sale. However due to space limitations we cannot accept everyone. We will notify you via email if your application was unsuccessful or if you have been placed on a waiting list in the event of a cancellation on your selected dates.

Weather - Rewild Community Market is an outdoor event. As such the market will go ahead rain, hail or shine *

I understand that no refunds will be issued for cancellation as a result of a dangerous weather event. We will endeavour to give market stall holders as much notice as possible.
I agree to have my gazebos appropriately weighted down using appropriate weights at EVERY event.

I understand that I am responsible for any damage caused by gazebos not being secured appropriately.
I understand that Rewild Community Market does not take any responsibility for loss or damage to your products as a result of the weather.

Security *

I understand that I am responsible for the security of my own stall. Rewild Community Market takes no responsibility for any loss, damage or theft that may occur at your stall.

Your Responsibilities *

I understand that Rewild Community Market is a 'single use plastic free' event. Stall holders must agree not to sell, give away or use single use plastic at any of our market events without prior approval.
I understand that Rewild Community Market has a no smoking policy for everyone within the market area. Market stall holders must also refrain from smoking during set up and pack down.
I understand that bullying will not be tolerated. If stall holders are found to be bullying other stall holders this will result in instant dismissal.
I understand that I am responsible for leaving your site and surrounding area clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
I understand that I responsible for the removal of all rubbish from your site. Bins are provided for customer use and stall holders must not use these bins for disposal of cardboard boxes and packaging. A fine of $250 will be charged to stall holders in breach of this.
I understand that I responsible for picking up the tape that marks out your market shop prior to the market opening.
I understand that if I cause any damage to the venue such as burst sprinkler system pipe due to using pegs will incur costs issued by Wagga Wagga City Council.

Acceptance *
